Geehy has expanded its G32A automotive MCU family with mass production of the G32A1085, G32A1065, and G32A1045 . All three are AEC‑Q100 Grade 1 and ISO 26262 ASIL‑B certified.

Built on the Arm Cortex‑M0+ core with an MPU, they run at up to 64MHz. PFlash options: 256KB, 128KB, 64KB; DFlash: 32KB, 16KB; SRAM: 32KB, 16KB, 8KB – all with ECC protection. Operating voltage: 2.75V–5.5V. Temperature range: ‑40°C to 125°C .
Peripherals include a 16‑bit advanced timer (7‑channel PWM + brake) for motor/ultrasonic use, three 16‑bit general timers, three basic timers, RTC, and a 12‑bit ADC (up to 16 channels). Communication: 2x USART, 1x SPI, 1x CAN (CAN 2.0A/B & FD). Up to 55 GPIOs.
Security features: MPU, CRC, dual watchdogs, clock monitor, TRNG, AES256, SHA256, and 96‑bit unique ID . Full domestic supply chain (design, wafer, packaging, test) ensures stable delivery.
Geehy provides two SDK versions and three reference designs: ultrasonic parking sensor (8‑probe), car fridge controller, and ADB headlight.
ICgoodFind: Geehy’s G32A family fills the gap for cost‑effective, ASIL‑B certified edge‑node MCUs in Chinese automotive designs.
