In the enterprise segment, its PCIe 5.0 SSD controller has entered mass production testing. To support long‑term iteration, Maxio plans a private placement of up to RMB 2.062 billion ($284M) for next‑gen controllers: enterprise PCIe Gen6/Gen7 , consumer PCIe Gen6 , and UFS 5.0 embedded controllers.

Maxio also unveiled the world’s first consumer PCIe Gen6 controller (MAP2001) with 28GB/s sequential read, plus a Gen6 controller for inference servers (MAP2011) and a UFS 5.0 controller for AI phones (MAU3802).

R&D spending reached RMB 503M in 2025 (+18.25%) , or 37.9% of revenue. Full‑year 2025 revenue was RMB 1.327B (+13.06%) with net profit of RMB 142M (+20.41%) .
