MediaTek reported September 2025 revenue of NT$54.33 billion (approx. $12.68 billion), surging 21.61% year-over-year and 21.96% month-over-month, significantly exceeding market expectations. For the first nine months of 2025, cumulative revenue reached NT$445.78 billion (approx. $104.04 billion), up 13.56% year-over-year.

The strong performance was fueled by its new Dimensity 9500 flagship chipset, built on TSMC’s 3rd-generation 3nm process. The chip integrates over 30 billion transistors and supports 4-channel UFS 4.1 flash storage, while its new G1-Ultra GPU with Dynamic Cache technology enhances both performance and power efficiency. Vivo will debut the chip in its X300 series on October 13, with OPPO’s Find X9 series also adopting the platform.
MediaTek’s share in the high-end smartphone processor market grew to 32% in 2024 and is projected to reach 34.1% in 2025, positioning the company to challenge for the top market position.
ICgoodFind : MediaTek’s strong performance reflects robust demand for high-end chips, with flagship adoption expected to drive continued supply chain activity.
