Sigma Delta ADC provides Easy Drive current cancellation technology, allowing direct connection to external RC networks and sensors without the need for external amplifiers. They have ultra-low noise and have I2C or SPI serial interfaces. The QuikEval data acquisition and analysis software tool allows you to evaluate the DC performance of Delta Sigma ADCs. **Linear Technology * * SAR ADC has a sampling rate of up to 5Msps, and single/multiple and simultaneous sampling ADCs facilitate I2C, serial SPI, and parallel interfaces.
