ABAC MIL-DTL-38999 Series III Shielding Slot Bottom Shell AB Type Connector MIL-DTL-38999 Series III Shielding Slot Bottom Shell adopts a simple assembly concept, which achieves a unique method of fixing the shielding layer or braid by fixing it between the internal/external threads of the bottom shell cable entry point (connection joint can be provided), without the need for any other special tools (single, double or optimized shielding can be provided), and can be wrapped with rubber to provide additional protection. These Mil-DTL-38999 bottom shells are available in small or large cable entry types, with mechanical stress relief and environmental sealing, and are equipped with cadmium plated grounding bottom shells made of aluminum.
