Rockchip Microelectronics reported a surge in net profit for the first three quarters of 2025, with net income rising 116% to 127% year-over-year to between RMB 760 million and RMB 800 million. The growth was driven by strong demand in the AIoT market, fueled by rapid AI technology adoption and expanding applications across industries.

The company’s flagship RK3588 chipset and other AIoT computing platforms have gained traction in automotive electronics, machine vision, industrial automation, and robotics, contributing to sustained revenue growth. While Q3 growth moderated slightly due to DDR4 price spikes and customer transitions to DDR5-based solutions, Rockchip expects demand to rebound and reaffirms a positive long-term outlook.
ICgoodFind : Rockchip’s strong results reflect solid AIoT momentum, with near-term adjustments unlikely to hinder sustained expansion.
