Aug 27 – The International SparkLink Alliance announced the official launch of SparkLink Japan, a key milestone for SparkLink’s global growth.
On Aug 26, the "2025 International SparkLink Japan Industry Forum" (hosted by iSLA) opened in Nagoya, Japan. Over 100 industry/academia experts and SparkLink Alliance reps gathered to discuss SparkLink’s commercial progress and ecosystem building.
AZAPA’s Yang Weijia outlined SparkLink Japan’s plans: local R&D collaboration, promoting SparkLink standards in Japan, and organizing industry exchanges. SparkLink Japan also signed a cooperation deal with the International SparkLink Alliance; AZAPA inked similar agreements with Silver Base Technology and Xingtai Technology.
Founded in Sept 2020 (80 founding members), the International SparkLink Alliance became an international industry/standards body in May 2023, now boasting over 1,200 global members.
