Model STHV800L
Description STHV800 Eight channel 90V 2A high-speed ultrasonic pulse generator, STMicroelectronics STHV800 is an eight channel single-chip high-voltage and high-speed pulse generator designed for medical ultrasonic applications. High density ultrasonic emitters have two independent half bridges connected to each channel, with an output voltage of 0 to ± 90 V. They can be powered freely and synchronized with an external clock to input signals up to 20 MHz. The operating frequency can be used for piezoelectric, capacitive, or MEMS converters. STMicroelectronics ultrasonic pulse IC is designed for medical ultrasonic imaging and non-destructive testing applications.
