Description 4D Systems uLCD-220RD-PI Raspberry Pi The 1.38 "DIABLO16 circular display module package from 4D Systems has been designed to be suitable for use with Raspberry Pi A, B, and B+. It includes a uLCD-220RD TFT LCD display module and a 4D serial Pi adapter. The uLCD-220RD component is a 1.38 "circular LCD smart display module. Its design is suitable for instruments and other special applications, such as robots. This chip is powered by 4D Systems' DIABLO16 graphics processor, which is very powerful and has independent functionality. The Workshop 4 IDE software from 4D Systems is used to program the DIABLO16 processor. ULCD-220RD has multiple components, including PWM, micro SD, universal input/output, TTL serial, I ² C and SPI channels, quadrature input, pulse output, and millisecond resolution timer. The 4D serial Pi adapter can be purchased separately (8417844). It is an extremely simple adapter board designed to help users connect their display module to the Raspberry Pi platform. Two types of kits are available, the monitor module package and the starter kit (the kit contents are shown below).
