Description TE Connectivity SUPERSEAL This series of 1.5 plug and socket contacts from TE Connectivity are suitable for use with SUPERSEAL series automotive wire connectors. The SUPERSEAL pressure contact point uses a two-step positive lock when the contact is inserted into the housing. If used with a suitable wire seal, it can maintain an IP67 sealing rating (see stock number 314-1176). The contact pins in this series are made of tin plated brass, and the sockets are made of tin plated phosphor bronze. This series also includes suitable tools. 368-4500 (9-1579007-1), used for SUPER-SEAL 1.5; Insert and socket contacts 368-4516 (785084-1), used for SUPER-SEAL 1.5 (plug connector auxiliary lock), please refer to typical inventory number 314-1182. Pull out tool 1 can remove the contacts from their primary position, and pull out tool 2 can remove the contacts from their secondary lock. ###The extraction tools for Superseal pressure contact points include: Extraction Tooling for the SUPERSEAL crimp contacts includes: • 368-4500 (9-1579007-1)， Used for SUPER-SEAL 1.5; Insert and socket contacts 368-4516 (785084-1), used for SUPER-SEAL 1.5 (plug connector auxiliary lock), please refer to typical inventory number 314-1182.
